Analytical sensitivity of NAT methods

During two decades our standard dilution panels of different genotypes have been tested in many replicates by the commercial NAT methods used for blood screening. The analytical sensitivity data on the calibrated native VQC-Sanquin, inactivated BQC and lyophilised WHO standards in the Grifols Ultrio and Roche cobas MPX versions are summarized in validation report VR4059. Laboratories can make use of a probit analysis spreadsheet to estimate the 95% and 50% LODs on our standard dilution panels.
