Statistical tools of blood safety evaluation system

Users of our reference panels can determine the analytical sensitivity of NAT assays with a probit analysis sheet. They can enter the 95% and 50% LODs in a window period risk model sheet and in a OBI transmission risk model sheet. Once the residual viral transmission risk has been established one can investigate that blood safety is not compromised by NAT reagent batches or instruments of poor analytical sensitivity. This can be achieved by using our run control data sheets for monitoring response values on specifically designed ViraQ and SeraQ run controls compatible with different blood screening assays.
